GSOA Submission On Kenya Draft Space Bill 2024

GSOA thanks the Kenya Space Agency for the opportunity to comment on the Kenya Draft Space Bill 2024. This submission will largely focus on Part III “Operations Under the Act.” GSOA welcomes the establishment of the Kenya Space Agency and is generally supportive of the Bill. However, certain sections do raise concerns that will be addressed in this submission.
