GSOA Response to Proposed CST Regulations For the Use of Radio Spectrum for Satellite Services

GSOA appreciates the opportunity to comment and provide inputs on the proposed Regulations for the use of radio spectrum for satellite services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which CST released in March 2024. As an introduction, GSOA would appreciate any clarity from CST on whether these proposed Regulations come in addition and as a complement to the NTN rules adopted in 2022, or these Regulations are aimed at amending and replacing some of the NTN rules.
