GSOA Response to ICASA on Licencing Framework for Satellite Services

GSOA, and its members, would like to thank the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) for the opportunity to comment on the proposed licensing framework for Satellite Services in South Africa. GSOA welcomes ICASA’s initiative to develop a transparent and streamlined regulatory and licensing satellite framework on the use of gateways, end user terminals and international satellite operators.
