GSOA Comments on ICASA Findings Document and Position Paper on Dynamic Spectrum Access and Opportunistic Spectrum Management

On March 26, 2024, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published the “Findings Document And Position Paper On The Inquiry Into The Implementation Of Dynamic Spectrum Access And Opportunistic Spectrum Management”. GSOA would like to raise some comments and concerns with regards to the conclusions drawn by ICASA to open up the band 3.8-4.2 GHz for the provision of low and medium power mobile and fixed service.
